1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by Keen2Shine Cleaning ("we", "us", "our") to our clients ("you", "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
Keen2Shine Cleaning provides professional office cleaning, commercial cleaning, workplace cleaning, eco-friendly cleaning and office sanitisation services across Melbourne's South East.
The scope of work for each engagement will be agreed upon in writing or verbally prior to commencement. Any changes to the agreed scope must be confirmed before additional work is carried out.
3. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied at the time of quoting. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or if site conditions differ from those described.
We reserve the right to revise pricing with reasonable notice. Any price changes will be communicated before they take effect.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued according to the agreed schedule (weekly, fortnightly or monthly). Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur additional fees. If an account remains unpaid, we reserve the right to suspend services until the outstanding amount is settled.
5. Access to Premises
The client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the premises for our cleaning staff. This includes providing keys, security codes or access cards where required. We take all reasonable care to safeguard any keys or access devices provided.
6. Health & Safety
We are committed to maintaining a safe working environment for our staff and clients. We ask that clients inform us of any hazards, sensitive areas or specific safety requirements at their premises prior to commencement of services.
7. Eco-Friendly Products
Where appropriate and agreed, we use eco-friendly cleaning products. While we strive to minimise environmental impact, cleaning results remain our priority. If you have specific product requirements or sensitivities, please advise us in advance.
8. Liability
Keen2Shine Cleaning takes all reasonable care when carrying out services. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or items left in unsafe locations.
Any concerns regarding damage or service quality must be reported within 48 hours of the service being completed so we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
9. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing 14 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, unsafe working conditions or breach of these terms.
Cancellation of individual scheduled cleans requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee.
10. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of our clients. Our staff are instructed not to disclose any information observed on client premises, including documents, conversations or business activities.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
